RIM’s regulations provide for legal assistance activities for vulnerable people.
What is legal assistance?
Information, orientation and access to mediation and related support for people who cannot otherwise reach the process.
Who qualifies?
Eligibility is assessed case by case, with priority for vulnerable persons. The Secretariat may request supporting documents.
How to request assistance
Use the form on this page or visit the Secretariat during opening hours. Do not attach highly sensitive documents unless you have been told how they will be stored.
Required documents
Identity, a short description of the dispute, and any proof of vulnerability the Institute may reasonably request.
