Governance Structure

RIM’s organisational structures, as identified in its regulations, are:

1. General Assembly — the supreme organ of the Institute.
2. Executive Committee — provides strategic leadership between assemblies.
3. Executive Directorate — manages daily operations, including the Executive Director.
4. Committees and other bodies — specialised commissions covering training, professional rules, legal assistance, finance, law and human rights, cooperation, and welfare.
